自己晒干的橘子皮并非陈皮

陈皮既可以入药治病,又可以入膳调养,还可以入茶调韵。陈皮越陈,质量越好。存放时间越长,陈皮里的苦、涩、辣味会逐渐消失,气味变得清香扑鼻、陈香醇厚,其燥烈之性大大减弱。陈皮选用的是橘子皮,但对其品种、产地、采收时间有一定要求。鲜橘皮需要经过风干、密封储存、加湿软化、再次风干、晒干等多个步骤制成陈皮,且往往放置一年以上方可使用,陈化三年以上才能称为陈皮。因此,自己晒干的橘子皮并非陈皮。
